Embedding Inclusion & Equity as a Human Resource

 

Overview

This training is an interactive, intentional and comprehensive program for middle to senior level leaders. Participants engage in an analysis of what inclusion and equity means in practice within an organization. Through an intense pre-assessment, each participant and team examines their professional and organizational needs prior to the session to ensure optimal results. Participants must apply as a team of two or more.

*Breakfast and lunch is included.

1- To develop a historic and contemporary understanding of racial and gender inequity in the workplace.

2- To learn how to embed the 8 keys of inclusion & equity into organizational policies and practices.

3- To learn how to create a successful and impactful DEI team.

TRAINER: JADA MONICA DREW

Jada has designed diversity and inclusion programs in the public and private sectors for more than a decade. She is the CEO of Social Designs; a leadership & diversity consulting firm. Social Designs provides social justice solutions for organizations and people across the globe. She has been key in shaping organizations to be more inclusive and equitable in the US, Brazil, El Salvador, Barbados, and Puerto Rico. Her interest in multiculturalism and diversity during undergraduate school started her quest to connect people with the purposes of celebrating differences.
