Participants will learn how to connect with staff and constituents in a real and fun way by utilizing the Cultural Connections Tool Kit.  Gain practical experience using the tool.

What is the major difference between diversity, equity, and inclusion? Come find out the major components of all by engaging in a creative process for developing inclusion strategy that can be embedded into the fabric of your organization. Participants will learn about successful and creative models.

Learn about communication methods that help individuals get to the root of equity in communities. Participants will learn how to engage with each other using dialogue principles. Come prepared to practice discussing issues related to the affects of environment on social equity.

An interactive experiential training for leaders who are ready to implement inclusion strategy in their organizations. Bloom offers an opportunity to enter into a design thinking training model with embedded time for reflection while testing potential solutions with colleagues and experts.

The best leaders know how to create opportunities for their colleagues to soar. Learn how to create an environment of innovative thinking and inquisitive mindsets by following and listening more intentionally.
