Jada Monica Drew

Jada is the CEO and Lead Consultant of Social Designs. She is recognized as a United Nations DPINGO, Small Business Minority Business Person of the year, and featured inMade in Greensboro. Jada has designed countless leadership and diversity programs in the public and private sectors for more than a decade. Her books Sharpen Your Inclusion Edge: The 8 Step Approach and Revolutionize Now: Creative Leadership & Action for Social Change equip educators and business leaders with tangible tools for transforming systems & individual growth.

 When she’s taking a break from speaking, training, and traveling, Jada enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and working out.
