Social Designs is a leader in supporting organizations in driving systemic change and helping them realize their visions for better leadership and enhanced equity. Founded in 2007, by Jada Monica Drew, Social Designs has helped institutions of all sizes and types who are seeking growth, better business outcomes, and more sustained policy, practice, and protocols. We are:

●      Impactful: Fundamentally, we aim to support the mission of your organization. We will build upon the strengths of the organization and the strengths each individual brings to this process;

●      Brave: We create a brave space for effective dialogue to build relationships and include all voices in the process. We also engage with an inquisitive mindset and ask meaningful questions;

●      Equitable: We center equity by encouraging clients to set and measure indicators to inform the structure, function and culture of the organization. We ask practical questions to acknowledge how equity or inequity is in the fabric of the organization and community. We encourage historic truth-telling which helps lead to creative action and stronger relationships; and

●      People - Driven: We work directly with leaders to design a process to involve key constituents as early in the process as possible. While working with you, we use innovation and the Arts to help support the refinement of ideas and priorities toward strategic action.
